I am getting a weird look to the email message that pops up when I want to email a link directly from a browser (I use Firefox). A good deal of the top part is blacked out and the functionality underneath it is thus disabled. Attached is a jpeg of what it looks like. Has anyone ever seen this, and have any idea how to fix? Thanks.

Try turning off graphics acceleration -
1. Internet Options, Advanced, Tick 'Use SW rendering instead of GPU' 2. Any Office app - File, Options, Advanced, Display, Tick 'Disable HW graphics acceleration. Better or Worse? |

Well, the "Disable HW graphics acceleration" box was already ticked on, although the "Use SW rendering instead of GPU" was not. I ticked it on, but it didn't make a difference, because immediately after when I tried to send email direct from the browser, the same problem again. I appreciate the try. |
