Default Outlook 2013 on Windows Server Essentials 2019

A few months ago, the small organisation I work for installed WSE 2019. One of the problems I faced was having to set up the Outlook email account on every PC that every user was likely to use. Data wasn't an issue as they use IMAP accounts but generally this was a pain having go through the setting up process, particularly when some have more than one email account.

I'm shortly to do the same with another organisation. Is there anyway I can migrate the users across from their individual PCs to WSE, and for them to use Outlook without me having to set up all the email accounts? Are there some settings in the app data folders that I need to migrate?
