I'm on an HP Pavilion x360 PC. Messages come into my Outlook inbox and then disappear.
I'm wondering if you may know a way for me to set up some process by which a message arrives in my inbox and is automatically forwarded to another file -- not to another person or to another email address, but to another file in my Outlook? Thanks in advance for any thoughts you may be able to share with me. |

You could use Outlook rules to create a rule to move all messages to another folder or move copies of them to another folder.

Thank you for writing. I appreciate it. I'll give it a try just as soon as the grandkids go home
