Default Referencing a received email to an Access ID#

I have about 100 emails from a company that I am summarizing (date, subject, person, comments) in an Access database. Is it possible to add the ID# to the existing Outlook email document? I tried to find a way to insert a text box, but wasn't successful. I have Windows 10 and Office 2016. Your help would be appreciated.
Thanks
