How can I access an Outlook email address that was created some time ago?
I currently have a Verizon.net email address. I would like to change to outlook.com. When I try to set one up I am told that it already exists. Apparently, I did this some time ago. I am unable to get to a point where I can access whatever I might have set up. I use the passwords that I might have used in the past. No joy. If I try to open a new account I am told that the account already exists.
So an outlook.com email address with my name seems to exist, but I can't use it. Maybe I should just abandon it and start fresh? If you have some thoughts I would be grateful to hear them, please keep in mind that I am an aging non-techie with minimal typing skills. I hope that I have been clear enough in posing my question. Thanks Tom |
