I've got a computer running windows xp and office 2007 that can log into it's exchange account, send emails, but not receive them unless outlook is restarted. It seems like outlook won't sync correctly. Every once in a while, the user gets an error that says something like "microsoft windows was exiting and the ost file wasn't closed correctly. if this keeps happening, contact tech support". The problem just started a couple days ago and as far as I know, the only thing that was changed was the user was given access to another users email account. I was planning on just upgrading her to office 2010, but I don't know if that will fix the problem.
