How Can I Edit Nicknames in Outlook
Sometimes I see an email address displayed as:
Happy Joe <j.smith@gmail.com> I assume "Happy Joe" is the Nickname. But it's not much use to me if his real name is Joseph Smith (for example). Many times the nickname applied by Outlook bears no relationship to the person's name or email address. What I want to see is: Joseph Smith <j.smith@gmail.com> How do I achieve this? Can I edit the nickname some way or do I have to add him to my contacts? I know I can disable or even clear the nickname cache but I want to retain most of them. |
