I have used Outlook 2016 for several years with few problems. Several months ago it started "not downloading email from the server on the weekends". It will download during the week just fine, but on Saturday and Sunday it will not download and when Monday rolls around, it downloads and everything works just fine. The working-offline button can be clicked on and off with no positive results in downloading. I've contacted our server and they say it is a problem with Outlook 2016 and not from their end. The program is up to date, or at least it says there are no new updates when I look. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
