Default how to add voting buttons in email content html code

Hi all,

I was wondering if it is possible to add voting buttons in an email, as html code, when I write the whole content of the email as html code.

Tried my luck with the search engines, but all I get is how to add voting directly from within outlook itself.

Any help will be appreciated,
Cheers
