Recommend an Outlook reporting tool to measure inbound emails, from different users?
Hi
I have received a high volume of emails each day from different departments and groups/companies. I would like to analyse the number of emails coming in, who they are from, how many I recieve from each person/group/company. in order to put relevant resources in place to ensure they are being replied etc. Can anyone tell me does such an analytical reporting tool exist? Who would recommend what
