I have Win 10 Pro, 64 Bit and Office Pro Plus 2016. My Outlook has suddenly stopped working. When I click Send/Receive, I get an error message that says ‘Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders. Error code 0x800CCC0E.’
My email is gmail. My IMAP account settings for incoming mail are: Server: imap.gmail.com Port: 993 Encryption method: SSL/TLS IMAP account settings for outgoing mail are: Server: smtp.gmail.com Port: 587 Encryption method: STARTTLS (I have also tried 465 for the Port and SSL/TLS for the Encryption method on the outgoing mail settings) A full online repair did not help. I have watched numerous videos that address this problem, but they use older versions of Outlook and their click-by-click algorithms open pages that no longer exist in Outlook 2016. Any suggestions/solutions would be appreciated. Thanx! |
