Changing company info tied to email
Background of the issue:
I worked with a company as a 3rd party that tied my email to their company as they setup logins etc with one of their customers. Issue: Now every time their customer emails me it is coming up as "Company Name - My Name" as my email. This makes it very confusing for the customer as I work with a lot of different companies who call on this customer. Can I do anything on my end to change the way my name is displayed? Let me know if I need to be more specific. Thanks in advance! |

Change the "From" name in your email settings.
If you're using Outlook, my 365 has that in File > Options > Account Settings > Account Settings > Change. |
