Making Phone Calls from outlook 2010
I have a fax-modem connected to my pc and a desk phone next to it. I would like to be able to make calls to my contacts without dialing their numbers manually into my phone. So I can hit the "Speaker" button on my phone, and hear the dial tone. I then click on the Call button within outlook 2010. At this point, I would like outlook to just dial the number. Instead of outlook just dialing the number, a new pop up dialog comes up that says "New Call". It has the contact name I am on, the phone number, and a start call button, end call button, dialing options and close. Is there a way I can set up outlook to just dial the number instead of me seeing the new dialog box and having to click Start Call? Thanks for any help |
