Hello,
Outlook 2016 - Reception when delay - is that possible?




The automatic transmission is set on 25min -
but mails are always received immediately.

Welcome to the forum

I don't know if it's possible with automatic transmission—it should be imo—but it's definitely possible with manual transmission. I use manual, I press F9 when I want to Send & Receive.

See the screenshot below for my settings, found in File > Options > Advanced > Send and receive section > Send/Receive button:
