To export all current data to a .PST file using Outlook 2010, simply;
1, Select File, located on the top left 2, Open 3, Then import. The import/export option will appear and these are unchanged from Outlook 2007. As far as exporting profile data, this is not sometihng outlook can do. However, your local profile is stored on your local PC under start > control panel > mail > show profile. Hope this helps |

Thanks Spider. I looked and looked but never thought of clicking open. As for the profile, is that where the email account(s) setup information is stored?
thanks again, you saved me a lot headache. |

Yes. If your pre-existing profile has not been removed it should still be located under start menu > control panel > mail > show profile. Select your profile then selcet properties..
All account information should be there. Hope this helps |
