Random dumping of emails from Inbox
I booted up my laptop and selected OUtlook. I KNEW I Had 13 emails in my Ibox, but now there are only five - the five most recent. The other 8 have disappeared. This is the second time this mysterious thing has occurred, so I need a reason.
There are no filters on. They are not in my Trash folder (or spam or junk). I've searched the Mailbox for the lost emails (by who they were From, etc). All to no avail. Can anyone suggest what has happened? Thanks. |

Welcome to the forum
Someone else is deleting them. A cat walked across a keyboard… However, most likely is your AutoArchive settings—check 'em in File > Options > Advanced > AutoArchive. |
