Hello,
Office 365 just updated to a new version of Outlook and now my Ribbon seems way to large when pinned. Here is what happens. If I unpin it, it goes away. When I click "Home" or any other tab on the Ribbon, it comes up at the normal size. But the second I click Pin (or Ctrl + F1) it increases in vertical size by almost 50% (see both images). This takes up way too much screen and is distracting. Any ideas on how to fix would be appreciated. Thanks. |

You are in Touch Mode.
Have a look on the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) for a Touch/Mouse Mode icon: ![]() . . . . clicking it gives two options – Touch & Mouse. Toggle between them to see the difference. ![]() If you don’t have the icon showing, r/click the QAT > Customize Quick Access Toolbar > Choose commands from > Popular commands > Scroll to Touch/Mouse Mode > Add > OK.
