Outlook.com showing Strange Stuff

For some reason I started getting Strange Stuff appearing at the bottom of the inbox on every computer I have. It appears when using Edge, Explorer or Chrome. It appears on Windows 10 version 1809 and 1903. What the heck did I do to get this "bonus" at the bottom of my inbox?

Help appreciated.

Hmm, I just logged into my Outlook.com account and don't get that.

That means 99.9% that it's the Outlook.com site doing this, not anything on your side.

I don't see anything relevant on a quick scan of Outlook.com's Settings, but you may find something there.

That's because Microsoft fixed the problem over the weekend!
