Default Outlook folder view

Hello everybody,

I have set the left interface folder area of Outlook Client (not WEB) to "Folder" so that I can see small icons and quickly switch between calendar and mailbox. Now I would like to delete or hide some things from the view/list, like "journal" or "RSS feeds", because I don't need them. Unfortunately this view can't be edited and only self-created folders can be deleted. (see sample picture)
Is there a way to edit this view and delete folders?
