Default Update mailserver settings to SEND but not RECEIVE

I am in the process of switching from outlook2010 (POP) to using the latest version of outlook (SMTP)

I have about 300+ emails I still need to respond to in the outlook2010 (POP) account, so what I wanted to do was disable incoming mails on that account, so that i could still respond to the unread messages.

Meanwhile all new incoming emails and replies would go into the new outlook account.

PS - I am using G-Suite as my mailserver.

Thanks
