Default How to get rid of outlook and office 365 ads in my e mail

I get these really annoying adverts for ad-free outlook if I sign up for Microsoft 365...but I have Microsoft Office 2019 and do not need or want 365...However I hate that these ads takes up screen space..making it difficult to view my email!

Is there any way I can get rid of the ads? I have read that it earlier was possible to upgrade to premium outlook to ovoid ads, but the only way to upgrade now is apparently to get Microsoft 365....I seriously considere changing to another e-mail provider, for example eM Client. Any advice on how to get rid of the ads..? I have add blocker...but it does not block these things...
