Outlook 2019 will not allow changing rules
I recently upgraded to office 2019. When trying to look at “Rules” now I get a message telling me that I am “offline” and must go “online” to work with “Rules”. Outlook is online. Any advice on what is wrong that Outlook thinks it is offline in regards to Rules when in fact it is online? Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
