1 - i have done a repaid from Add or Remove Program from Control Panel

2 - remove and create a new profile from Control Panel/ Mail ( 32-bits)

3 - remove a file from Regedit : KLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Internet Settings\Connection

WinHttpSettings

4 - i have run those commands : netsh winhttp show proxy , netsh winhttp reset proxy , but i dont use any proxy it say " Direct Access < no proxy server > "

5 - i removed everything from Office credentials saved in credential manger

for more information :
- im not using Office 365

Welcome to the forum, xenissaay

Can you tell us who your ISP is, and whether you connect via POP or IMAP?

Can you get into webmail successfully?

Check your ISP's ports requirements, they may have changed them since you set up the account originally.

Try changing your password in webmail, then in Outlook.

I assume this account was working fine before?

Are any other email accounts affected?
