I assisted a friend of mine to change his ISP, all went well until he checked his emails
Using Outlook.com ( online) with Chrome we find that all the mail boxes seem to have their messages hidden
ie IN Box indicated x messages, but nothing is displayed
I presume the messages are hidden


Works OK with Firefox.
I read the "View" tab holds the answer, but that doesnt seem to apply to the online ver of Outlook
Cant see any connection with changing ISP- any idea how we get these messages to display ?
