Updated to Outlook 2016. IMAP Email deletes new emails received.
Hoping someone can help me out here.
My mum was running an IMAP email address through her old laptop on Outlook 2007 for years. We recently upgraded her to a new laptop with Outlook 2016. We loaded up her existing email address but now whenever she receives new emails, they shortly will be completely purged from the inbox. They can't even be found in the Trash. Ive made sure "purge items when switching accounts online' is unchecked but can't figure out why it's still happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
