One of my co-workers is having an issue opening Excel attachments in Outlook.



When they double click on an Excel attachment, Excel opens but it doesn’t open the spreadsheet. Other attachments open just fine.

How can they fix this?

Is there a macro operating in this Excel file? Sometimes Excel will get blocked if your security settings won't allow macros to automatically run. Quick, non technical way to solve this issue is to download (save) the file and then open from the location.
