About two weeks ago my Outlook Outbox began holding a message (with and without attachments) for hours and sometimes days; often having to delete the message to clear it. Additionally the "Sending Message 1 of 10 at the bottom of the window always shows a partial white bar as a message is being sent; this occurs even when Outbox is empty.
