Querying Shared Calendars in Outlook 2007 & Personal Forms Question
Outlook 2007: I have a personal calendar and we have developed a professional calendar for our dept. I have a dual Outlook profile where I can access my personal and our professional development calendar on my local machine. In our professional calendar we put in whole day trainings that get assigned to various personnel in their personal calendars. However the staff logs their shorter technical assistance hours in their own personal outlook calendars.
Is there a way to query multiple shared calendars to pull information of technical assistance in with the professional development calendar that we have? We are already using custom forms and queries on the professional development calendar. Also - is there a way to force users to use a specific custom form when creating technical assistance appointments? The custom form was loaded onto my computer, but unless we load it on each local machine, it will always go to the default form. Thanks! |
