Monitoring Multiple Emails

Hi,

I'm interested in monitoring my employees' emails. I've seen instances whereby the multiple email addresses are cascaded in a main email account. Please advice me on how to do so.

Oh dear, you posted this back in July and not even a MS moderator has responded. I've just signed up to Forums as I have some queries with Outlook - I hope MS do watch these forums.
