Default Outlook online - setting automatic replies

Hi,

I work part time for an organisation who uses a Hotmail email address on Outlook.com. I only work 3 days a week, so I want to set Outlook to automatically send a reply to all emails saying something like "this mailbox is monitored Wed-Fri, we will get back to you as soon as possible".

I've set the automatic replies, but my understanding is that it works as an out of office, so it will only send the reply once to each person. I want to send that reply every single time, as some people email us infrequently. I've had a look at the rules section but it doesn't seem to be possible to reply automatically - only forward, delete etc.

Can this be done?
