Default photo as background or stationary

I've tried to use a jpg photo as background but the image size is way too
big. Is there any way to establish correct image size for use as background OR is there a way to convert a jpg file to a HTML format for

use as stationary? Thanks

You can use photoshop or other free image software such as PhotoFiltre to shrink the image.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried that and my experience has been that by reducing the image size (!3% lowest inPhotosuite) the image reduces in the edit screen but doesn't save the image in reduced size when exiting
the program. I've tried converting images to HTML format and inserting
HTML files in the stationary folder but OUTLOOK doesn't seem to want to
open those imported files. Any ideas? Thanks
