I have a html signature with picture and text for the company I work for but when someone sends me an email with plain text and I try to reply, my signature automatically ends up in plain text and it seems like I can't change it to the html one. Is there a way for me to send the html signature with my reply?
If not, is there a way for outlook to automatically recognize the email is a plain text and will automatically switch my signature to an assigned signature for plain text? |

When you hit a reply button, make sure you select Options and select HTML as your format.
Is this signature added in Outlook or on Exchange Server? |
