Outlook 2016 Search no partial words
Hi guy's
i'm searching now for hours for a clue how Microsoft has done the instant search in Outlook 2016 on a terminal server in the online mode and windows search service running. Everything is working but after the december patch i had first to run sfc /scannow to be able to use the instant search. There is a known bug. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...build143932670 After i did that i was able to use the search again, BUT: The users are reporting they need the search configured to not find partial words, we need only hits which meets the whole searchstring. Is there a setting, where i can configure that? I'm wondering why that changed after the patching. Many thanks for any help. Best regards, Marc |
