Post Outlook Calendar: Displaying who has Accepted or not in the week overview.

Dear Community,

with in average more than 5 meetings per day, I am looking for a better way to determine if the participants I have invited have accepted or not.

Today, the only possibility I have is to open each meeting from whatever view I have chosen, and then at the top of the invite view a summary, to then more specifically look at the participant-list if necessary.

What I am looking for is a way to in the week view be able to see if the participants have accepted or not.

  • Imagine that each meeting block had a line at the bottom of if saying (A:2 D:1 T0) = Accepted 2, Declined 1 and Tentative:0
  • Possibly also by "mouse-over"...

Has anybody seen such a function ? Or possibly as add on ?

Grateful for any answers!
