Default Text to speech

I install a new outlook 365 after installation there was text to speech on the right top corner for 3 days and after disappear. I did not know why. I would like know if I can get back on outlook and how?

I can't explain why it disappeared if it was there, but you can add the function to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) for convenience.
