Oulook Muli Account
I work in a company where all our clients e-mail in the jobs they require.
Currently there is one person who receives all the jobs and has done for a long time, I don't want to change her E-mail as all the client know it already but, is there a way when she leaves to go home that I can see the ones that come in after she's left and also have it so she can see that I have replied to them. I was thinking of some way of her computer auto forwarding them after she's gone but she wouldn't be able to see that I have seen them. then I thought of sharing her E-mail on my pc also but if I was to see one and reply would it check off the email on her pc as read? or would she have to check the sent box every time. any help figuring this out would be appreciated Dan |

i think, it will be more of a security glitch i could be answering. I t would be better if you seek her permission and maintain that transparency. If you have that authority to check te official emails she receives, you will be somehow given that transparency. I guess, that is how offices work rather than "spying".
