How to restrict others from viewing PAST events for shared calendar?
As above. On Outlook 2016 - is there any way to restrict people from viewing my PAST calendar entries, but only allow them to view new/future entries?
Thanks! |

Nope.
You could make a second non shared calendar and move all old stuff there from your shared calendar. (automate it with a macro) Alternative would be to not share your calendar but only selected calendar items in group calendars with a third party exchange add-in that has the option to remove old items from the group calendars. |
