Default Automatically fill in bcc

I'm a newbie here. Just started using Outlook 2007 running under Windows 7 (32 bit). Whenever creating an email or replying to an email, I wish to fill in the bcc with a fixed address. I've done it by setting up a User Template, but it is way too tedious calling up the template each time and it wouldn't seem to work when replying or forwarding. Can anyone help? Thanks
Pete

but it doesn't seem to work for me. I'm running Outlook 2007 under Windows 7 (32 bit).
