Rule to file emails after Fwd/response
Is there a way to create a rule or any other function to file an email to a specific folder only after it's been forwarded? The reason for this request is because the person who approves orders to be booked has a bad memory and in most cases resends her approvals as a "just in case" manner to the approval dept who book everything she sends over, in turn creating multiple erroneous booking entries. I think it's worth mentioning that this person is the President of the company who cannot handle negative feedback so creating a solution other than speaking to her is best in this case
Thanks in advance |
