Talking Help with Outlook reminder

Hello folks;
I'm new to this forum and looking for help.
I'm the Sr. IT here and i'm looking for any Outlook add-on or plugin that can do the following:
(I already looked at the rules on both Outlook 2007 & 2010 with no luck)
- When email message arrives to one of my mail boxes, i'd like the email message to be flagged and to send a reminder after 48 hours and change color if it has been 48 hours since it was received to the mailbox.

Also, we'd like it for this 48 period to skip the weekend,

For example:
if the message arrived on 10 AM Tuesday, it should automatically set a flag reminder & change color on 10 AM Thursday.

But if the message arrived on 10 AM Friday, it should send the reminder and change color on 10 AM Tuesday (doesn't count the weekend).

I know this seems to be much but any help with that would be greatly appreciated

Is that something possible?

Thanks in advance;
