Hi everyone,
I have a problem with outlook which I hope you can help me solve. Whenever I read emails, I want to see the sender's email address but MS Outlook 2007 does not display the address 99% of the time. Instead, it display a name. I cannot double click on the name to get an address. If the name is an email address, then I can use that but if the name is spelled out, ie. "John Doe", I am unable to get the address. Show header does not show the address. When I reply to an email with names like that, most of the time, the people I'm replying to is not in my address book, so Outlook has not a clue on who to send it to. I get a message such as "Microsoft Office Outlook does not recognize 'John Doe', although all I did was reply to an email they sent to me. I don't have this problem with Windows mail that I migrate to from nor from any other online email. Does others have this problem or is it just me? Should I just go back to the simpler Windows mail? Thanks! Gnimble Last edited by Gnimble; 06-24-2010 at 06:37 PM. |
