Junk Mail filter updated and supercharged?

A couple of days ago, a vast majority of my mail went into Junk. And for the past couple of days, it appears only a few of my mails make it to the inbox. Was there some sort of aggressive Junk filter deployed? Bug?

EDIT: This seems to have started Sunday, 7/15/2018.
