In Outlook 2007, there is what I consider a bug in the recurrence implementation.
If I set the recurrence to "Regenerate a new task 1 day(s) after each task is completed", it does exactly that regardless of when I mark it complete (before or after it comes due). If I set the recurrence to "Every 1 day(s)", it works very differently. If I mark it complete after it comes due, but before it would be due for the next day, it works as expected. But if I mark it complete after the start of the second day, it generated a new task, but with the reminder off. This makes no sense to me. Is this a bug or is there some rational reason for this behavior? |
