Outlook functions - outbox contents not removed
Hello,
I've researched my problem and not found anything that has helped.... Outlook functions as normal, I can receive and send mail. BUT.... Outlook crashes.... I sent a test email to myself and have received it... The outbox emails are not being removed from the folder.... I've tried to manually moving them to another folder, Outlook hesitates (hourglass) then crashes... Sometimes it comes right back up, sometimes not... When it does, the emails are still in the outbox. Can't move 'em.... can't delete 'em.... System... Windows 10 / Office 2016 Version 1805 (build 9330.2087) Profile uses POP3 / SMTP i also use it with an Exchange connected profile, it works as expected. I've done the following... Compressed the PST Ran SCANPST on the PST Verified the account parameters (see above.. it functions) Really bizarre... I've never run into this before. Any help would be appreciated! Joe Ambrose *** UPDATE *** A new wrinkle has just happened.... I started to go through my inbox, and tried to delete an email..... THE SAME SYMPTOMS OCCURRED.... I tried to delete, hang... crash, open..... I tried to move an email..... hang.... crash.... This just started happening today.... yesterday all was fine... Nothing changed on the pc.....
