Default How to remove or move aside button reply

Hi

It's my first question and reason to register here, but I hope I'll stay longer with you.

In my job we are using using a loop messages (everyone should know what is written in previous mail)
Im new so I often make a mistake and I'm just replying only to sender (but I should reply all)
My question is how to move Reply button somewhere and set Reply All as primary send button
"Reply all" at last it could be remove totally "Reply" button (as far I know I can use reply all button and just remove other persons if I need to)

On this picture Odpowiedz=Reply and I want to move it to end (or if it's not possible remove)

Thank you for help
