Mail merge separate recipients same file

How can I mail merge the same message to different recipients and add the same attachment to each message?

It depends how many recipients are involved. If there number is relatively modest, add them to a distribution group and create one message with the group as the BCC recipient.

If you want personalised messages, or there are lots of recipients, list them in an Excel file and use http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm to merge in one to one mode to e-mail.

One to one means one document per record. Many to One is one document per group of consecutive records with a common field.
