I have a Windows 7 PC that had a weird problem with Office 2007.
1) It had double same accounts. EG: BZNCREW@gmail.com BZNCREW@Gmail.com Only one worked. The other was a phantom account I couldn't delete. 2) It lost the default account and the SEND button disappeared. SO...I uninstalled it and installed 64bit Office. Same accounts found and weirdness prevailed. My .pst files must be hosed right? So Uninstalled Office Moved the USERS\MyName\AppData\Microsoft\Office folder to somepleace else Reinstaled Office 2016. Installer said, "You don't have a .pst file want to make one" Yes. I do. Let's scrap the whole thing and start again. When complete... all my accounts are back. Where did they come from? Same weirdness. No default email account and it won't let me set one as default. HOW do I install a clean OFFICE 2016 and just redo all my Outlook accounts from scratch? I just want to nuke the whole install and start fresh. |
