(Outlook 2003)
I am trying to set up a vote system at work whereby I send a voting mail to one person, who accepts/rejects it and then it goes onto a third destination person. (Using the Options I can do this by delievering the reply to the destination person.) However when I do, the destination person only see's that it was approved/rejected, but cannot see what was originally written in the mail. To do this they have to click on the grey bar at the top and select 'View voting responses', then click on the 'message' tab. This is long winded because many different vote emails per week will be sent. Surely there must be a way of showing the original message in the approved/rejected email? Any help would be appreciated! |
