Outlook Not sending emails with attachments

Hi,
Suddenly my outlook won't send emails with attachments. It will send text only emails, I've disabled all anti virus software, archieved outlook, deleted loads of junk from folders but it still wont send emails with attachments.



I connect to the net through a BT Broadband hub, however I've discovered if I connect to the net through creating a hotspot on my iphone, outlook works as normal and sends mail with attachments.

Now I'm thinking its nothing to do with my PC, its my broadband connection?. I've had the same setup for 3 years and no problems, I've not changed anything - any ideas why outlook works through connecting to the net via my phone hotspot but not though my BT hub ?
