Default Tips needed on posting an Outlook Calendar on our Website.

Hi...I'm using MS Office 2003 by the way...

I am attempting to put our church calendar on our website. Our administrative assistant already does her calendaring on Outlook so it would normally only require the Save As Webpage feature. However, here's the catch.

She posts all of the appointments, some public and some private, on her calendar. Isn't there some way to show only the public items (or, better yet, certain categories) when we save it to the web?

Additionally, while I'm here...another question.

In addition to the A.A., the Pastor, Youth Director, Ministries Director and me as Webservant would like to access the calendar from our own PCs without any networking. Is there a better way other than simply agreeing on a format and each person saving as webpage as they go?

Finally...how about changing the colors and fonts on the web version? I know I can add a background but that's about all I can see. Suggestions?

Thanks to everyone for helping me out!

Default Online calendering can solve it for all of you!

Dear Mr. misterbob,

I know that advertising is not acceptable and actually this why we never advertise on this forum out of our respect but actually our service is specifically created to solve the issues you mentioned.

It can provide you an online central calendar on our server that all of you can access and modify. Marking your event as private can only allow those you choose to see it. Marking an event as public makes it available for all people.

I'll keep it short and urge you to check this link out:
http://insynch.websupplier.net/download.html

And please download Merak Groupware user's manual and read more about the available calendering options.

Hope this can help.
